The CrossFit classes combine strength training, bodyweight movements, gymnastics skills, mobility work, and much more! The workouts change every day and your body will be challenged in ways you never thought were possible. Each workout is scaled to your fitness level so you can maximize results in each 60-minute class.

If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals.
We offer drop-in childcare services to all members with children of all ages. Parents, enjoy a workout while your child enjoys a stay in our childcare room. Our facility provides a clean and safe environment for your child to play and interact with other kids. Your kids are supervised by a loving, attentive and responsible person at all times..
