The CrossFit classes combine strength training, bodyweight movements, gymnastics skills, mobility work, and much more! The workouts change every day and your body will be challenged in ways you never thought were possible. Each workout is scaled to your fitness level so you can maximize results in each 60-minute class.
In our 30 minute Group Classes you can expect an ever-changing, challenging fitness regime carefully calibrated to melt away fat and tone your body. This class utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, wallballs, running, etc and does not utilize barbells. This is a fast paced, fat burning high intensity interval training class and is great for beginners, or those short on time.
We offer drop-in childcare services to all members with children of all ages. Parents, enjoy a workout while your child enjoys a stay in our childcare room. Our facility provides a clean and safe environment for your child to play and interact with other kids. Your kids are supervised by a loving, attentive and responsible person at all times..

Our knowledgeable Nutrition Coaching Staff will work with you one on one to educate you on HOW to eat to reach your goals, WITHOUT sacrificing all the foods you love. We’ll TEACH you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the long term. With weekly checkins, accountability, and customization, this program is guaranteed to get you the results you’re looking for.
These 60 minute small group lifting sessions focus on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and asseccory lifts that go along with the olympic lifts, including Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, and Pulls. You will work closely with our experienced staff with over 10 years of coaching experience. This class is limited to only 8 participants and requires an 8 week commitment. You are guaranteed that your lifts will increase during your time working with us.
If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals.
