The 2013 CrossFit Open is2013Games over.  You survived 5 weeks of anxiously awaiting the workout announcement, losing sleep and stressing over your performance, wishing you could have completed more reps, happy you set a new PR, and lots of other emotions! Lisbeth Darsh posted the “10 Things I Learned at the Open”.

25 Minute AMRAP:

5 Squat Cleans (95/135#) – (or 50-60% of your max)
